Multiple custom design boards with different views of each room being designed.
Direct product links to each item for purchase to recreate the look on the design
Products such as:

Grout color

Countertops
Kitchen cabinets and vanity style and finish
Sinks
Wallpaper
Additional design elements
(ceiling beams, arched doorways, wainscoting, etc.)
Furniture
Item Placement
Accept or Decline options for each item
Overall price of purchasing everything suggested in each room
Price for each individual item
Spec Boards to specify installation of certain items (e.g. light fixtures, tile placement, grout thickness, cabinet sizes, etc)
2 Revisions
*Virtual design is a limited service. It does not include revisiting your home for styling, building furniture, hiring general contractors, sourcing renovation materials, or completion of renovations. If renovations are requested and included in the design, client is expected to hire their own contractors, provide designs to the contractor, and work with their contractors on their own throughout the process. Items such as (but not limited to) countertops, brick, stone, and fireplaces will require exact product sourcing on their own. Design boards should just aid in the general look of products selected by you and your contractor. If you wish to utilize Emhaus Designs through the renovation process, then an additional project management package will need to be purchased. Revisions do not include complete style changes discussed during your consult and are limited to 10 items per revision.
