3-D Renderings

What does 3-D Rendering include?

• 3-D model of key areas within your home that you can manipulate to see all angles

• To scale representations of spaces within your home

• Dimensions for specific areas in your home e.g. kitchen, cabinets, bathroom vanities, vanity light placements, vanity mirror placements, etc.

• Better understanding of all of the possibilities that can fit into your space

• Construction binder with dimensions and 3-D Renderings to aid contractors in visualizing the space

What is required for 3-D Rendering?

In order for 3-D Rendering to be accurate, detailed measurements of the spaces being rendered are required. This can be accomplished by 1) hiring an architect who will provide a 2-D floor plan and elevations of your home, 2) an additional consult with Emhaus Designs where we will take manual measurements or 3) customer provides detailed measurements themselves.
