Working closely with contractors in a more detailed manner where we utilize designs to make sure implementations and installations are maximized.

• Regular site visits to check on progress

• Regular communication with contractors to confirm all design elements are installed correctly e.g. tile placement, lighting, paint colors, etc.

• In-person shopping with clients for materials e.g. countertops, tiles, stone work, etc.

• 3-D Renderings of the space for the contractor to utilize

• Construction binders delivered with design boards, specs, and 3-D Renderings to the site
